you make me wanna die i'll never be good enough, you make me wanna die and everything you love, will burn up in the light and every time i look inside your eyes, you make me wanna die Well, she was here. A week had gone by, and she hadn't stepped foot in the Smoke House. She hadn't even been on the street, and with good reason. She wanted him to miss her. He had to want her. Just showing up right after their first encounter was too quick, too needy. She need a different plan of attack if she was going to accomplish anything. Maybe she was calculating this too much. Perhaps she should just go with the flow, actually get to know this guy, or at least hook up with him. If she overdid it, she might not see the end of the whole story. They didn't have enough time or enough sources to get any other lead than this. Lonny had gotten lucky. John liked to call her brilliant or some form of that, but it was pure luck...and good looks. Don't ever underestimate the power of a pretty face.
So here she was now, waiting at the counter, chatting up one of the employees. She seemed to be enjoying herself, but in her mind all she could think about was getting to Charlie. This guy needed to shut up. Finally, she interrupted him. "Yeah. Well, I was actually looking for someone here. Is there a guy that comes here often. His name is Charlie." The clerk said that he knew who that was, but that he wasn't there. Lonny sighed and turned around, the clerk looking rather disappointed. What a shame. She walked towards the door as if she hadn't been let down. This was a waste.

"Alright love, see ya later" Charlie shouted to his one of many female "companions" she was called Ruby, Charlie didn't know her last name, didn't care. She was a hooker that was all he needed to know. Opening the door to the smoke shop Charlie's eyes widened and he gave a chuckle as a smirk plastered his face. "Lan- Lonny" he remembered her name, odd. Clearing his throat his eyes directed to Phil the owner of the place.
Phil shrugged his shoulders before he went back to ready one of the many playboy's he had hidden under the counter, ya read. Charlie said stepped so that he was behind Lonny. "So you came to pay me a visit sorry I wasn't here earlier, I got uhh sidetracked" ya, sidetracked by a quick fuck in an alleyway. He waited for her to speak folding his arms across his chest.

you make me wanna die i'll never be good enough, you make me wanna die and everything you love, will burn up in the light and every time i look inside your eyes, you make me wanna die "Actually. I just got here." It had been almost a week since she had seen him. Not that it really bothered her. It was just sex. She didn't really like the guy. "I was in the neighborhood...for once. So I decided to stop by." To find out more on the drug ring. You're my best bet. Please don't fail me now! She thought while she spoke.
"Can't say I've missed you, but I have been thinking about the other night." She teased. He didn't want an attached girl. He wanted a girl who was looking to fuck around - on a consistent basis - that didn't want to be cuddled and praised. "I really have to admit I've never had anyone quite like you." Because I don't generally shack up with dirty drug dealers. She was probably talking to much for him so she stopped and gave him the floor.

Charlie nodded slowly as she spoke, sure she did. Never had anyone like him before, that was for sure. Charlie made sure the smirk never left his face as he walked closer to her. "I bet you haven't" he said giving her a playful wink, Charlie had an ego and he wasn't afraid to show it one bit.
Charlie then turned his back to her as he walked to a spare two seater table near a rack of magazines. "So, what did you have in mind for me?" he asked his eyes narrowing for a moment in thought. He did wonder what she was doing here, if it was just to fuck well he was ready to go. But if it was for something more, Charlie would have to be slightly more careful.

you make me wanna die i'll never be good enough, you make me wanna die and everything you love, will burn up in the light and every time i look inside your eyes, you make me wanna die Lonny wasn't stupid enough to make herself attached to him in any sort of way. She didn't need him getting too paranoid over her or her intentions. So she was going to spell them out. That's all she could do at this point. It was never good to play mind games with a guy because you never knew whether they were good at them or not. She couldn't afford to gamble.
The girl sat down and listened to him, then thought for a moment. "Well I'll be honest with you." She started. "I like you. Don't get worried. I mean that I liked our hook up. I'm sure you're not much older than me. I don't know you, but you seem much more experienced. I'm tired of guys my age. They're extremely immature and totally naive. They have no idea how to please a woman or even themselves. They're hopeless. But I can tell you're not. I don't want to be the teacher anymore. I want someone who's on my level, and you my dear, just may be, if not higher." Perhaps this would flatter him, bring him up to speed and onto the same page as her it. It was a long shot, but she was crossing her fingers, wishing for luck.
"I don't want a ring or a title. No labels. No commitment. I simply want a man who can hold his own, someone who isn't so needy and helpless. Just one rule, when I'm not with you, you don't exist to me. I don't exist to you. You don't call me for anything other than a hook up. I don't call you for anything other than a good fuck or a good time. If that's what you want. If not, I'll walk right out, and you'll never have to see me again."

As Charlie listened to Lonny speak he couldn't help but smile. Every word that came from that gorgous mouth was right. He didn't want what she didn't want, he just wanted good ol' hook ups, that was all he ever wanted. Piper was something else to him, his main hook up, this girl sitting across from him was the girl he could have when he could have Piper.
Charlie was a many man, he liked his ladies, and his ladies liked him. If they found out he was cheating, not a big deal to the Brit. Love em' and leave em' was his life motto. And he wasn't going to change it for anyone. He paused looking her over before he spoke "your right love, and I do want that, none of that actualy romantic couple shit, the hardy and gritty is how I like life" he boosted a smile appearing on his face.

You made me feel like a woman." She smiled, knowing that sounded corny. "Hard and gritty is exactly what I need darling."
Lonny stood up figuring their business was done here. She didn't know if she should give her number to him or not, but she assumed he would make that clear if he realized she was leaving. She straightened her clothes out a little bit and ran a hand through her long dark hair. It fell to the side on her shoulder exposing her neck.
"Well I guess I'll be going." She said to him.
